What you'll need to be successful in this contracting role:
** At least 10+ years of progressive software development experience including leading software development teams
** Prior experience working with American engineers - and will admit to enjoying it
** Bilingual, fluent in both technical & business, Spanish and English
** Have served as a site leader/manager before
** Currently a resident of, or would be amenable to delivering services in the Madrid area
** Currently established as a self-employed or independent contractor and have the resources to provide the quality services required for this contracting opportunity
