BPO Sector Coordinator/ Specialist
Description :
* Grow and manage day to day operations of the BPO association.
* Develop and maintain annual plans for the BPO sector and members, and design related services and projects.
* Expand and manage professional memberships Organize activities related to capacity building for the BPO sector.
* Assist member firms with Marketing and Business development activities.
* Organize/participate in promotional activities such as conferences, expo's, seminar etc.
* Act as central point of contact for any Investor or Outsourcing buyer interested in Jordan.
* Coordinate Investment promotion and Marketing activities with other stakeholders for the BPO sector.
* Liaise with members to understand industry issues and develop solutions.
* Interact with Analysts, Media, Advisors, Influencers for the BPO sector.
* Gather and share industry news, trends, research and best practices with members.
* Coordinate all activities for the IAOP chapter.

Qualifications
* Education: BBA, MBA preferred.
* Experience : 2 to 4 years.
* Business development, Marketing, PR, Business Analysis, Event planning.
* Should have good Project Management, and Leadership skills.
* At least 2 years in the private sector on the Business side.
* Should preferably have prior experience with industry associations and Event management.
* Should preferably have good exposure to the ICT industry.
* International experience (in the Gulf region) preferred.
* Experience in economic development or public-private enterprises would be preferable.
* Excellent analysis skills.
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Familiar in using computer software.
